Committee Meeting 8/3/05
Discussion regarding keeping FRE as is when we meet.. Set ground rules for the boys. Clean bathrooms and any project mess. Kids need to follow school rules.
August 11
Roundtable
Betsy, Lisa or Susan to go. Need to establish at least two people to represent us and report back to 975.
2nd Thursday of each month
Round up is August 30.
1 Mike will bring camping information and calendars
2 Combined round-up with Citrus Springs, Hernando and Beverly Hills
3 Lisa will bring banner and photos
4 Calls to new scouts the day after to welcome
For meetings need to enforce dress code. NO JEANS. Khaki or navy shorts or pants. Need to collect dues and check uniforms each meeting.
Class A for every meeting except camping can be Class B, and for sports.
Need to ask people for stuff that doesn't fit to bring in for other boys.
Need to make a flag stand, then shop for flag.

3 Need a place that is visible, can ask FRE
All agree we need a storage shed to host all our supplies, currently in Teresa and Mike's garage. Look into the price of a shed.
